Terms of use
These terms cover cleanpixelstudios.com, its free calculators, and the spreadsheet templates sold here. The site is run by Alec Salisbury Digital LLC, doing business as Clean Pixel Studios, in Westbrook, Maine ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a template you agree to these terms.
Buying a template
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe. Orders are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, so Stripe acts as the seller of record for the transaction and calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT. We never see your card details. After payment you get download links on the confirmation page, and by email once that is set up for your order. The links work for 30 days.
Refunds
Templates are digital files you can keep as soon as you download them, so all sales are final. The exception: if a file won't open, is broken, or doesn't match its description, emailhello@cleanpixelstudios.com within 30 days of purchase. We'll fix it or send a corrected file, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Your license
- Each purchase gives one person or one business the right to use the template for their own records, on as many of their own devices and Google accounts as they need.
- You can change the template any way you like for your own use.
- You can't resell, share, give away, or publish the template or a modified copy of it, alone or as part of another product.
- We keep the copyright in the templates, the site, and the calculators.
Free calculators
The calculators give estimates for planning and comparison. They are not financial, tax, legal, medical, veterinary, or other professional advice. Check important numbers with a qualified professional and with current local rules before you act on them.
Templates are tools, not advice
The templates help you organize your own information. You're responsible for what you enter and for decisions you make from it, including tax filings.
No warranty and limit of liability
The site, calculators, and templates are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond the refund promise above, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the template involved.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Questions: hello@cleanpixelstudios.com.
