Privacy policy

Clean Pixel Studios is run by Alec Salisbury Digital LLC in Westbrook, Maine. This page explains what we collect on cleanpixelstudios.com and why. The short version: the calculators work without an account, we use analytics to see which pages help people, and we only get your details when you buy something.

The calculators

Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser. It isn't sent to us or stored on our servers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which tools and pages get used, including events like using a calculator or starting checkout. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view. We don't use advertising features, and ad-related consent stays off. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked first, and analytics cookies stay off unless they accept. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, or block Google Analytics withGoogle's opt-out add-on.

Buying a template

Checkout is run by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe acting as the seller of record. Stripe collects your payment details, email, name, and billing country underStripe's privacy policy. We never see your full card number. We receive your name, email, country, what you bought, and the amount, and we use them to deliver your files, answer support questions, and keep business and tax records.

Download emails are sent through Resend, which receives your email address and the message. Your files are stored with Vercel, our hosting provider, which also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Email newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we use Kit to store your email address and send occasional emails about new templates and tools. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We don't add buyers to the newsletter unless they sign up.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't use your information for targeted advertising.
• We don't import customer lists from other platforms where we sell.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is kept for Google Analytics' standard retention period. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted where the law allows, email hello@cleanpixelstudios.com.

Children

The site is meant for adults and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes
